The House of CC took home the 2012 ACG Growth Award on May 10 at the Association for Corporate Growth OC Chapter’s 17th Annual Awards Gala.
CyberCoders was honored for opening four new offices in Irvine, Los Angeles, Boston, and New York in the last year and tripling the number of folks placed into great new jobs over the last two years.
“We were a bit concerned when we were first nominated for the growth award,” said Heidi Golledge, CyberCoders CEO and cofounder, as she accepted the honor. “We thought it was due to our personal growth, due to all the free cookies at the office. We were very happy to find out it was corporate growth.”
CyberCoders, the premiere recruiting and staffing firm, has offices in Irvine, Los Angeles, Boston and New York. Even as the company has grown, Golledge said, she and CTO Matt Miller have strived to maintain the company’s culture – namely to “treat everyone like family.”
Mission accomplished: The House of CC believes in big fun coupled with serious accountability, a combination that has led to great success and a 1 percent employee turnover rate.
