The CyberCoders gang had an amazing time last Friday honoring our team members who have gone above and beyond to help people find the perfect job. This is one of our favorite joys of our job—when we can all get together to cheer on and recognize our peers. We all played games, some danced and sang, and we even put on an impromptu fashion show!
We held our second 2012 quarterly luncheon at the gorgeous St. Regis Monarch Beach Resort in sunny Dana Point, Calif.
We honored House of CC’s one and only Roy Monroy for helping a total of nearly 296 people find great jobs they love.
What are they going to do next? They’re going to Disneyland, the happiest place on Earth!
While we cheered on both our top recruiters and MVPs of our Black Team (our tech team that keep us running smoothly), we also played a game with the whole House of CC!
Each table chose one stellar “athlete” and one team captain. Then, in each round, CC’s fearless leader Heidi Golledge announced special instructions (such as, each table must collect a shoe from each member!). Then, the athlete had to zip to the front of the closest line as fast as he or she possibly could with those items. The closer the athlete is to the front, the more points the team earns!
Here’s a round when everyone had to rush to the front of the line with their entire team holding hands!
Check out these fabulous runway icons! They’re each sporting one item from their whole team just before walking down our impromptu runway. Congrats to all the tables for an amazing display of teamwork!
As a fun bonus, Heidi offered a special prize to the first people to jump into the pool! Tami McBride and Brett Tolmie didn’t wait a minute. We love spontaneity at the House of CC!
